There are a couple things we need your help with to make sure you can log in and your profile is updated (see MUST DOs below). Note: if you're on a phone, videos work best in landscape view. |
Checklist (see videos below if desired)
- MUST DO: Reset password via LOGIN tab and follow instructions on screen, then log in via LOGIN tab.
- MUST DO: Edit your profile (tap the blue person icon to get there) and verify migrated data, then add the following:
- Your Photo
- Primary Medium
- (optional) Sample of Your Work and Title of Your Sample
- Ways to Help
- Note: the Member Since field will default to January 1 of the year you joined (migrated from the 'Associate Year' data from the old site. Please confirm the correct year is reflecting on your profile and contact us if it is not so we can update it for you.
- (optional) Learn more about membership levels and dues.
- An instructional email will be sent to members who have paid by check (you are grandfathered in to the new site).
- We will have 3 membership levels available for new members and those who have paid by credit card in the past: Cincinnati Resident, Cincinnati Non-Resident, and Student (new).
- These membership levels are set up to automatically renew. You can override auto-renewal on the Profile > Invoices and Payments screen when you enter your credit card information at the time your membership renewal is due.
- Your membership renewal date is the same as the old site.
- You don't have to provide your credit card information until your renewal comes due.
- (optional) Learn how events such as workshop registrations work.
- (optional) Learn more about the 'For Members' tab.
