The Woman's Art Club of Cincinnati Scholarship Program The Woman's Art Club of Cincinnati awards scholarships every two years to young women entering their junior year of college and pursuing a career in an art-related field. These two-year scholarships provide financial support for students as they continue their education, with the monetary awards sent directly to their schools at the start of both their junior and senior years. The application process is handled by the administrators of each participating institution, who coordinate and submit entries from eligible students. ArtWorks The Woman’s Art Club of Cincinnati is pleased to support ArtWorks’ and its community-based public art projects. ArtWorks’ projects, which include 300 permanent outdoor murals, pair local artists with teams of young people aged 14 to 24. To celebrate the Club's 125th anniversary, honor its 19 founders, and connect with the community, WACC partnered with ArtWorks and artist Tina Westerkamp to create Emerge. The mural depicts three women of different ages representing Club members throughout history. Two local art teachers mentored an ArtWorks' team of eight local youth apprentices who painted the mural. You can see the mural at 1200 Vine Street, Cincinnati.
