EXCITING NEWS! WACC is thrilled to work with ARTclectic Gallery for this year’s Signature Show. By moving the show to this location, we take advantage of a gallery setting with extended hours of operation; and participating members will not be required to “sit the show.” The show’s committee feels this is a winning scenario!

ENTRY EXPECTATIONS
- Entries must be original concepts and designs, NOT created in an instructional (workshop or art class) setting.
- Participants need to register online at this link: WACC Signature Sign-in
- All entries must be delivered to ARTclectic Gallery in person (no shipping).
- Entry fee is $10 for WACC signature members in good standing.
- Entry fee checks should be made payable to ARTclectic Gallery with “Signature Exhibition” in notes.
- Entry fee (cash or check) is required at time of art drop-off and is non-refundable.
ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS
- Work must be for sale. ARTclectic Gallery will collect a 30% commission on sales.
- Work must have been created within the past 3 years.
- Computer-generated artwork does not qualify.
- Photography entries cannot be digitally enhanced, manipulated or altered.
- Work must be professionally presented:
- 2-D art requires wired frames or wired gallery wrapping at least 1.5” inches deep; no sawtooth hangers.
- Wall art, including frame, cannot exceed 60×60 inches.
- 3-D work must be in a size that fits on a 20x20x29-inch pedestal.
- Small art, such as jewelry, must include a display prop.
LIABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
By submitting work to the WACC Signature Member Exhibition & Sale, the artist acknowledges and agrees that she has/will:
- Read and agree with all entry and artwork requirements as stated above.
- Releases rights for use of her artwork images to be used in WACC promotional and marketing materials.
- Agree to a 30% commission on sale of her artwork. NOTE: Payment for sold works during the event will be handled shortly after the show’s closing date.
- Agree to pick up her unsold art according to the stated schedule. NOTE: Any work remaining at ARTclectic after June 30, 2026 becomes the property of the Woman’s Art Club of Cincinnati.
