• Our goal at WACC-y Wednesday is to provide a consistent time and space for Woman’s Art Club members to support each other in our creative and professional pursuits and also to receive feedback if desired.
  
• Bring your thoughts, questions, ideas, and/or samples of your art or business for feedback...or just simply be a listening ear to support one another!
• The Tack Room is on the far-right back corner of the building as you face the Gallery from the brick parking lot. We try to open all the doors, but if you find them locked, come in through the door in the right-hand wing. You can't miss us! 

PRIZE DETAILS!!! All members who register online will be entered into a drawing to win this 'starter set' for urban sketching. It includes a small 3x3 sketchbook and a nice set of pigment pens :)  We'll send an email announcing the winner and your prize will be available at art drop-off :)

Sign-up for WACC's Tent at Milford Art Affaire
Show your work and volunteer - limited space!

This is a great opportunity to meet other WACC members with an added bonus of showing your art work at a prestigious local juried art show! 

More details:

• Participating artists must have their work onsite by 10 AM and hanging with sales tags by 10:45 AM.
• Participating artists are required to pay $15 (for one panel/spot) at the time of sign-up to secure your space (non-refundable if cancelling within two days of the event).
• • If you are a 2D artist, your entry fee secures your panel (approx. 3’x9’). If you are a 3D artist there is limited space to one table (max. size 2’x4’) that you provide or you may use a grid to hang your 3D work.
    
  • Cancellations due to rain/weather within two days prior to the event are non-refundable. The Club is not refunded the fee and show vendors are committed to participate in various weather conditions.
    
  • Participating artists “work the show” so sign-up for your preferred shift during the entry process. You'll see several registration spots starting with a), b), etc. to organize options by time. Please choose ONE option. If the option you want is already claimed, you can choose to be added to a waitlist. When you choose a spot, you'll be able to pay the $15 fee online with a credit card. 
• Show sales: We will have a Club account to accept credit cards. If you use this method you will be paid at a later time (generally within 1 month) less any transaction fees. Or you can use your own Venmo or Zelle accounts or accept checks and cash if you are onsite during the sale.

The Art We Make: Art-Drop Off 

There are two sessions available for WACC Members to drop off your artwork: Wednesday, October 7, 4-6 PM, and Thursday, October 8, 9-10:30 AM.

The Woman's Art Club of Cincinnati’s 2026 All Member Exhibition & Sale: The Art We Make opens with a reception on Sunday, October 11. The public is invited to attend from 1:30 to 4:30 PM. The exhibition runs through Tuesday, October 27. The gallery is open daily from 12 to 3 PM. Closed Wednesdays.

Drawing on works by the Woman’s Art Club’s more than 200 members, the exhibition showcases artworks across media that reflect the unique experiences and expressions that shape each member’s art. 

For our members:
